Tête du Grand Etrêt

Access

From the Saint-Pierre exit of the tollbooth, head towards Courmayeur. Continue until Villeneuve where you enter Valsavarenche. Pass the main town of Degioz and continue until you reach the car park at the end of the road in the hamlet of Pont.

Description

From the Pont car park, walk along the long plain until you enter the wide valley, which you follow all the way to the bottom until you reach the wide glacier of Grand Etrêt. When you reach the glacier, without any obligatory path, continue to the left until you reach the wide col and along the ridge to the summit.
