Description

start near the campsite of beaulard, although it is possible to drive up to chateaux beaulard (castle), avoiding the lower part of the hike (the road is always passable, at most with chains). initially follow the road that climbs up towards chateaux, then leave it, following the valley on the right, skirting the stream on the orographic left; follow the track of a mule track, initially not very steep and then gradually steeper, until you reach the wide meadows in view of the small village of chateaux, which you pass, leaving it on the left. you then reach the village car park, which you cross by following a level road for a few hundred metres until you cross a bridge; at this point you leave the road to climb into the wood, initially along the track of a mule track and then without a defined route, keeping mainly to the left. You thus reach a ridge partly bordered by a fence, which you follow to the left until you reach the little chapel of the madonna del cotolivier. traced itinerary
